Core Framework Program

Remember back to being a brand new travel agent? 

 

That feeling of overwhelm on how to begin, not really thinking of this travel business AS a business, or not realizing I would be wearing so many different hats (marketing, sales, servicing, etc)!

As agent owners, you want to have a team of successful travel professionals that consumers choose to work with.  Right?  How does success happen? 

I believe that happens through experience, knowledge, training, and ongoing development.

If not, it's okay.  Take a deep breath if you need it.  Know that you are not alone.  Seriously.  Heck, I started at an agency that provided nothing beyond the supplier training offered.  I know you do NOT want that experience for your travel advisors.
